tonari clothing

Tonari Clothing is a small, women-owned, sustainable clothing brand based out of West Philadelphia. During my internship with them, I developed and created graphics for a collection of 15 upcycled mens’ button-down shirts, as well as a new logo and sticker design. I also worked alongside a team of stylists, photographers, and other models to execute promotional photoshoots. Inspired by Dolly Parton and her contributions to the Moderna COVID-19 vaccination, the collection is intended to evoke an air of edge and satire alongside appreciation.

Having always been drawn to the fashion industry’s encouragement of physical expression, I found my work with Tonari to be among the most fulfilling of the projects I’ve done this far. Between having freedom to play with the edginess of a design and the incredible team of creatives I worked alongside, this type of project is where I find most of my strengths.
